  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Shipping Options

  • Expedited Shipping: 1-3 business days

  • Overnight Shipping: next business day

Order Tracking
You’ll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

Delays & Issues
While we do our best to deliver on time, delays may happen due to the carrier, weather, or customs. If your order is lost or damaged, please contact us within 3-5 business days of the expected delivery date.

Pre-Order Policy

Please take a moment to review our Pre-Order Policy before placing your order.


1. What Is a Pre-Order?
Pre-orders allow you to secure limited-release apparel before it officially drops. Each piece is made to order to reduce waste and ensure top-quality craftsmanship.


2. Payment
All pre-orders must be paid
in full at the time of purchase.
Your payment reserves your item and covers production costs. Because each piece is made specifically for your order,
charges are processed immediately, not when the item ships.


3. Production & Shipping Time
Pre-order items are custom-made once your order is placed. Please allow
up to 3–4 weeks for production and shipping. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.


4. Delays
We aim to meet all estimated shipping timelines, but sometimes unforeseen production or supplier delays may occur. If this happens, we’ll notify you via email with updated shipping information. We appreciate your patience and understanding as we ensure your item meets our quality standards.


5. Combined Orders
If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the full order may ship together once all items are ready.


6. Cancellations, Returns & Changes
Because pre-orders are made to order,
all sales are final. We cannot accept cancellations, size changes, or returns once the order is placed. Please review your order carefully before checkout to ensure accuracy.


7. Updates
